Business activities

MHI NS Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "NSENG") will conduct sensible company activities in compliance with laws and high standards of propriety and contribute to society by providing safe, high-quality products, and services.

  • We will endeavor to provide safe, high-quality products and services.
  • In conducting business, we will pursue fair and free inter-corporate competition in compliance with the Act against Delays in the Payment of Subcontract Proceeds, etc. to Subcontractors, the Construction Business Act, and other relevant regulations.
  • Regarding gift-giving and entertainment for civil officers and suppliers, we will not violate laws or deviate from socially accepted practices.
  • We will implement appropriate accounting and tax accounting in accordance with relevant laws, accounting standards, and internal regulations.
  • In relation to overseas business, we will follow all laws related to import and export and all related local laws.

Our Relationship with Society

We will try to preserve the environment and live in harmony with society as a good corporate citizen.

  • We will observe environment-related laws and endeavor to preserve the environment.
  • We will disclose information related to management in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • We will not make political donations exceeding the amounts stipulated in our internal regulations.
  • We will respond vigilantly to antisocial forces.
